A few days ago I was forced to erase iffice on my laptop and give it a fresh start. I was the happy owner of an Office Pro licence, acquired through an HUP program with my employer. This version of Office was not linked to a Microsoft account, and unfortunately the adress used to register and receive the activation key does not longer exist. As you can guess, I am struggling to retrieve the activation key to Office.

Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help. Unfortunately this cannot help me as I don’t have an account linked to the product and my previous professional e-mail address does not exist anymore. If you mean that you have left that company, then you are actovation longer eligible to ffree the Office license. And as I understand it, for the HUP current office discount, it’s still active even if you leave the company. Therefore if we apply this principle to the Office licence, I should still be able to use it since Microosft bought it.
