Yes, it is well-known to check “different first page,” however, that does NOT make the header on subsequent pages go away. It just leaves them as blank headers. After inserting your First Page Header, set the header margin to 0″ and the top margin to a small amount. You may need to add some Spacing Before to the First Page Header so that it will print and some Spacing After so that it doesn’t run into the document body.
